Our new BEAUTIFUL addition....

Hadlee J. Villamor arrived on August 5, 2008 weighing in at 6lbs 1oz and 19 inches long. She is the most beautiful, angelic, easy infant ever. I just can not get enough of her.
I woke up Tuesday morning and went to the bathroom. Scott and I were just talking and all of a sudden I looked down and was bleeding everywhere. He quickly threw his clothes back on, called our neighbor to ask her to watch Scottee, and we jumped in the car. I called my doctor and he said to quickly get to St. Rose Siena hospital and he would meet me there. We were both very nervous; I had not felt her move since I woke up that morning. Scott offered a prayer while we were driving and as soon as he ended she began moving. We were both comforted at that moment that all would be okay. When we got to the hospital they hooked me up to the monitor and said I had no fluids and that she was stable. My doctor decided to send me off to the OR. I had her that morning at 9:44am. It was quick and easy. Everything was all good and she was so small and beautiful.

Our first family vacation and last one with just the three of us!!

Scott and I decided last minute to jump in the car and head off to San Diego and enjoy the weekend out of the heat. This was the first trip we have ever taken alone without family and Scott and I's only third vacation without family; including our honeymoon. Sad, I know. We left on Friday afternoon and headed to the Anaheim Angels game. They were playing Boston. It was so fun and Scottee even loved. She has an obsession with baseball. We then stayed at the Anaheim Hilton. We got up the next morning and drove to Sea World. We spent all day there and had so much fun. It was the most beautiful day. We were lucky enough to stay at Scott's cousins house; and it was so good to visit and get to know them better. They were so welcoming and kind to us, even took us to lunch at Claim Jumper the next day. Sunday afternoon we headed home, it was short but way fun and a well needed trip.
